Qualifications:
Skills:
- Legal support of the team members of the Legal Department
- Legal research
- Legal administration
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Education
- Degree in law
- At least 2 years of legal experience
- Prior experience in KYBP/ABC/AML related role is an added advantage
- Fluent English knowledge both written and spoken
- Microsoft 365 productivity tools
Responsibilities:
- The purpose of the role is to provide legal assistance to Central Functions legal team
- Focus on conducting legal review of documentations and compliance with policies
- Utilize knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption laws, and anti-money laundering and anti-facilitation of tax evasion laws and practical knowledge of the Indian judicial system to arrive at practical solutions to complex issues
- Utilize strong influencing and communication skills as you will need to direct business partners towards resolution
- To actively and comprehensively resolve queries and challenges, while working under pressure with a quick turnaround time
