Qualifications:
ITC Infotech India Limited is looking for young legal professionals with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in the aforesaid areas.
Candidates must be from reputed law schools. Candidates with exposure to litigation and labour law (either in India, or United States/ Europe) will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
The responsibility is to provide legal advice and opinions on a host of issues pertaining to day-to-day operations of the company and its initiatives.
Primarily, drafting, vetting, and negotiating various types of IT and ITES-related agreements, Non-disclosure/ Confidentiality agreements, Master Service Agreements and related agreements.
Members of the legal team interact independently with managers at all levels of the company; and work and support the business in the US, UK and European geographies
