Legal Counsel
Qualifications:
- Lawyer from reputed Law school with 3-6 years of experience
- Preferably from a reputed MNC
- Aptitude for detail and high degree of organization
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet numerous deadlines
- Experience in working on license agreements, understanding on technology products and services agreement – SAAS, API, EULA.
- Experience in digital marketing and advertisement industry, will be a plus.
- The candidate should have strong contract drafting, review and negotiation skills
- The candidate should be able to coordinate litigation matters.
- Good knowledge on commercial contracts, drafting and reviewing vendor and sales agreements including real estate agreements
- Ability to analyze risks and complex issues and advise internal business partners appropriately.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and related issues
- Ability to conduct research on legal subjects.
Other Skills (including technology):
- Proficiency in English language
- Hands on exposure for working knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Word).
Attributes/Behaviours:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and in particular an ability to comprehend complex commercial contract related queries and review the same.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning while reviewing complex legal contracts.Should be team player with good interpersonal skill do deal with stake holders/Agencies.
