Qualifications:
- Experience in Construction / Real Estate
- 6-8 years PQE
- Transactional and legal advisory experience in infrastructure and project contracts
- Experience in a law firm in a projects team would be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, review and negotiation of project and commercial contracts, including contracts for construction, engineering, procurement of goods and services, operations and maintenance, bid documents, and other ancillary documents;
- Drafting and updation of standard form contracts, based on developments in law and international best practices;
- Assist in contract life cycle management and respond to queries from internal stakeholders on various legal and contractual issues;
- Issuing, managing and/or responding to claims and notices from vendors, bidders, governmental authorities, including briefing to counsels; and
- Legal research and advisory relating to projects bring implemented by the Company
