Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute with LLB Degree
- Candidates must have knowledge on Govt. rules and regulations & processes regarding Land Acquisition, Forest diversion proposals etc.
- The candidate should have legal experience in dealing with land, revenue , forest officials & legal maters.
- Persons having work experience in land, revenue and civil courts would be an added advantage.
- Good Liasioning skill, stakeholder Management skills & Leadership qualities.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Networking and Relationship Management
Responsibilities:
• Maintain an updated record of all lands and ensure timely updating, compliance to regulatory requirements and periodic reviews
• Work on regularization of all land records in favour of the company including purchased lands
• Deal with legal cases arising out of land, revenue & forest matters
• Support with land requirements and details for Preparation, submissions & approvals of Forest diversion proposals
• Compliances to the conditions of arising out of land related, revenue related & Forest related clearances
• Preparation and submission of lease applications (ML & RML) whenever required
• Preparation and submission of applications for acquisition of new land whenever required
• Maintain all land, lease & forest related records/documents
• Engagement with stakeholders in areas related to his function
• Support with land related activities for all new projects
