Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Risk & LEA and from a B2B fintech background
- Process-oriented, proactive and results-driven individual
- Willing to travel across India for any case representations as per the business requirements
- Flexible on being available on weekends and rotational shifts as per the business requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Basic SQL knowledge
- Be a quick learner with an analytical mind, to understand back end operations and the fintech product
- Ability to manage multiple projects and programs at the same time to complete work
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems with data
Responsibilities:
- Analyze transactions to avoid potential Fraud & Chargeback
- Liaison between the organization and local law enforcement agencies
- Handle escalations to satisfaction, conduct RCA, implement corrective and preventive measures
- Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment.
- Account review for potential risk
- Monitoring CTS/FTS for the accounts
- Create reports, summaries, presentations and process documents to display results
- Coordinating with Banks /cyber cell for Fraud and suspicious transactions/Accounts
