Qualifications:
- This role requires experience Degree in Law, LLB.( IAACM is optional)
- 6+ years of legal experience in handling national & International contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required and a legal advisor to the alliance and strategy team.
- Knowledge of international law especially in countries like the UK and USA GDPR, Anti-bribery, statutory laws, and court procedures as well as.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with knowledge of MS Office, problem-solving and briefing skills, and a sincere passion for getting the job done right.
- Strong ability to understand technology trends and business impact and deliver a successful storytelling/narrative approach to drive thought leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, meet deadlines, and simultaneously work on multiple projects
Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
- Drafting, negotiation, and closure of all international contracts /agreements;
- Preparation of Agreement MIS at regular intervals. Tracking of renewals and other major triggers under the contractual relationship.
- Proper storage of original agreements.
- Timely revert on the drafts for early closure;
- Research on finding appropriate judgments for better interpretation of the contractual understanding.
- Risk Analysis of all the deviations in the contract and initiate it for approval with the Approver.
- Statutory Compliance Knowledge
- Providing day-to-day support to all the functions on various queries pertaining to legal aspects and coordination with Legal Head on all the legal aspects for avoiding any risk to the organization.
