About:
The creation of Kinstellar, in November 2008 from the Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest and Prague offices of Linklaters, launched a new era in the legal world of Emerging Europe. Qualifications:
- Expertise in environmental law and dispute resolution
- Law degree from a reputable university;
- Previous practical experience of 2-3 years or more in Dispute Resolution practice, with experience in environmental issues, gained either at an international or major domestic law firm;
- Familiarity with environmental laws and regulations, and a demonstrated background in handling legal matters related to environmental disputes;
- Strong work ethic;
- Full professional proficiency in English;
- Excellent multitasking abilities and a track record of meeting strict deadlines;
- Exceptional time-management, prioritisation, organisational, and problem-solving skills;
- Can-do attitude, high level of integrity, and intellectual curiosity;
- Team player with a passion for excellence in environmental legal practice.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough legal research, identifying environmental risks, and providing effective solutions;
- Providing expert advice and consultation on environmental dispute resolution;
- Preparing and drafting various legal documents related to environmental matters;
- Collaborating effectively as a team member, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and providing regular updates to senior team members;
- Cultivating strong stakeholder relationships within the environmental sector;
- Fulfilling other tasks as assigned by the company management.
