Role:
Reporting to the Head of Legal – India and South East Asia you will be responsible for:
- Negotiation and drafting of EPC contracts.
- Negotiation and drafting of O&M, asset management and development contracts.
- Negotiation and drafting of equipment supply contracts.
- Negotiation and drafting of contracts for the execution of works.
- Legal support to the different departments of the company.
- Advice to the Financial Area in the execution of financing contracts for photovoltaic solar projects in the “project finance” modality.
- Internal advice on M&A, purchase, and sale of solar energy projects.
Profile:
- Degree in Law.
- High level of English.
- Minimum experience of 3-4 years in similar functions, in the Renewable Energy sector.
- Specific exposure on hybrid renewable projects from an EPC/O&M point of view, will be preferred.
- Experience in Tier 1 law firm experience.
- High level of autonomy.
- Proactive attitude.
- Availability to travel internationally.
