Experience:
- Experience of working in the In-house legal department of a MNC
- Law graduate from a reputed University.
- Experience of reviewing Real Estate contracts
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, vetting, perusing lease deeds and leave and license Agreements for all projects across India
- Drafting, vetting, perusing, modifying and negotiating on all consumer contracts for all projects across India.
- Co-ordinating with internal departments and senior management for timely closure of contracts.
- Assisting in mandating hard and soft copy of contracts
- Updating, monitoring, and reporting of overall status of Contracts.
