Qualification:
- The ideal candidate for this role will play a pivotal part in our operations.
- Solid understanding of transactional issues, experience advising on the Companies Act 2013, and familiarity with provisions concerning foreign investments.
Experience:
PQE 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Transactions for strategic and financial investors, securities offerings, and advising on various corporate, technology, and commercial law matters.
- Conducting due diligence
- Undertaking legal research
- Drafting client advisory, and preparing research papers.
