Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Code and Civil Laws
- Drafting of all kinds of pleadings such as Notices, Complaints, Evidence Affidavits, Replies, Rejoinders, Writ Petitions
- Assist with case management, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and organising case documents during the case of the proceedings
- Good research skills
- Fluency in English with good communication skills
- Experience in dealing with clients is preferable
- Team player
