Qualification:
- LL.M. (Corporate Law)/LL.B.
- The candidates should be enrolled as an Advocate
- The candidates must be proficient in English language.
- Drafting of Applications under section 7, 8 & 9 of IBC
- Draft the reply to the applications filed
- Research on case laws for reply to the application
- Vetting, due diligence, and review of the draft prepared
- Miscellaneous
Experience:
PQE 1-3 years
