Fresher or upto 1yr PQE
Responsibilities:
- Drafting of Petition, Reply, Notices, etc.
- Drafting of deeds, contracts, etc.
- Research of case laws
- Court Appearances before Hon’ble Bombay High Court, NCLT, City Civil Court, Metropolitan Magistrate Courts, Small Causes Court, Family Court and Thane Court, etc.
