Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research on ADR under domestic and international jurisdiction.
How to apply:

1. Power of Arbitral Tribunal in setting aside Ex-parte order against respondent.
OR
1A. Right of the respondent to participate in Arbitral proceedings after the respondent has been proceeded Ex-parte.
The write-up should not exceed 200 words and should refer to minimum of two judgements on the subject.
