Experience:
3 plus years of experience with law degree from a reputed institute and enrolment with the Bar Council having below mentioned experience:-
- Carrying out of title Due Diligence with respect to real estate transactions on PAN India basis and drafting of appropriate report.
- Implementation of Real Estate transaction strategy, policies, and guidelines, negotiating and finalising sale/conveyance/ATS/MOU and other deeds and documents in order to provide standardised, high-quality real estate transaction services.
- Drafting and vetting of various legal agreements related to real estate transactions.
- Providing Advisory/Opinions and carrying out legal research on applicable Real Estate laws.
Handled transactions under Land Laws, applicable building bye laws, Stamp Act, Registration Act and other auxiliary laws of different states. - Handled transactions before revenue departments, sub registrar office, municipal offices and concerned government departments related to conversion from leasehold to freehold, stamp duty, CLU, procurement of title deeds/revenue documents, registration etc.
