About:
Your Legal Career Coach (YLCC) is an initiative to create a dedicated platform for lawyers and law students to share information related to legal placements. The aim here is to bridge the gap between NLUs and Non-NLUs, First Generation Lawyers and Second/Third Generation Lawyers, Metro City Students and Remote Students.
Role:
- Paid Legal Content Writer (Indian Law Student)
- Legal Journalism (Indian Law Student)
- Social Media Community Manager (Indian Law Student only)
- Associates
- Long term Paid Interns
Qualifications:
- Paid Legal Content Writer (Indian Law Student): Please apply only if you have previous publication experience and have worked with a reputed journal/blog. This would be a part time role.
- Legal Journalism (Indian Law Student): We are looking for a fresh face for our YouTube channel. If you are passionate about quality legal journalism and can commit long term, this role is for you. It’ll be a paid project. Initially it’ll be a part time project and can later convert into full time position.
- Social Media Community Manager (Indian Law Student only): If you understand the importance of building community on social media and can take the responsibility well, then this might be suitable for you. We are 40k+ on IG, 11k+ on LinkedIn and 11k+ on WhatsApp. Additionally we are present on Pinterest and YouTube as well. This role requires major responsibilities and hence please apply only if you have prior experience of building social media communities on any of these listed platforms. This would be a full time, long term role. Please apply only if you understand the level of commitment needed for this position.
- Associates and two full time long term paid interns (penultimate year and above). Responsibilities may include a combination of research, operations and content creation + strategy related work.
