Paralegal
Qualifications:
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience with proven knowledge of contractual processes, knowledge of contract law & corporate law concepts, prior experience as a paralegal is an advantage.
- 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Rigorous, vigilance, attention to details and good organization are assets to succeed in this position
- Know to concentrate to analyze and perform control
- Fast learner, autonomous, multitasker and know to distinguish of priorities and urgencies
- Service oriented, team player, cooperative and flexible
- At ease in a technical environment, open and adaptive of new technologies and changes
- Respect for deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities to assess workplace situations and evaluate information
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, guidelines, and regulations, with direct experience in conflict management and providing constructive feedback
- Embody principles of emotional and social intelligence (ESI) and demonstrate integrity and a positive attitude
- Ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with stakeholders, remaining tactful and persuasive in confrontational situations

Responsibilities:
- Legal Operations & Transformation Services – Help 3DS legal & business teams worldwide perform legal activities in support of 3DS business objectives effectively, efficiently and with high quality through legal processes and applications.
- You will act as paralegal to manage the end-to-end process related to the generation, approval, signature and storage of 3DS contracts worldwide and specifically 3DS standard distribution contracts and amendments.
- You will support 3DS legal and business teams activities such as:
- Creation from 3DS approved templates and registration of standard distribution agreement, amendments and authorization letters for 3DS Partners and other contracts such as MMA, SIA according to the received requests
- Management and follow-up on signature workflow, e-signature included
- Support Compliance (E&C, Export) audits and due-diligence
- Support additional legal functions as may be needed – e.g., Corporate Secretary, Legal reporting
- Use 3DS tools (e.g. 3DLEX, 3DEXP, DSX etc.) to increase the efficiency of the legal function
- Follow-up of the dashboard and the reporting
- Data quality verification in requests, contracts and contract management systems and tools
- Implement 3DS policies and processes while performing these activities
- Support 3DS business objectives in efficient manner and with high quality
- Support the internal clients of all 3DS organizations in their geo platforms, across the brands and all 3DS customer engagement models
- Process documentation to make it fluid and easy for the business
