The ideal candidate must be consistently motivated, detail oriented, delivers high-quality work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment and fluently speaks, reads and writes in English. A law degree is not required, but the candidate must quickly develop the relevant skills and knowledge to effectively complete the assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
T.P.L. Global is seeking a motivated and experienced Attorney who can assist with U.S. immigration law matters. The ideal candidate will assist the attorney with the preparation of Family Petition, U-Visa, Asylum, Naturalization and other immigration cases for filing with USCIS and EOIR.
- Conduct client intakes
- Gather all required documents and evidence from clients
- Draft applications and petitions
- Organize final application packages
- General administrative support as required
