Role:
Senior Associate- Non-Litigation (Media- Entertainment Team)
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of entertainment law and regulations.
- Contract drafting and negotiation.
- Intellectual property law.
- Business affairs expertise.
- Industry standard contract templates.
- Attention to detail.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
PQE- 4 to 7 years
Responsibilities:
Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing vast range of media agreements.
