Qualifications:
- Education: LL.B.
- Experience: 10+ years in litigation & dispute resolution
- Expertise: Civil, commercial, and corporate law
- Court Representation: Strong record in courts, tribunals, regulatory bodies
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to handle complex legal cases
- Languages: English and Kannada
Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Lead and manage high-stakes litigation matters, including civil, commercial, and corporate disputes.
- Legal Strategy: Collaborate with partners to formulate litigation strategies, prepare legal briefs, and represent clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
- Drafting & Pleadings: Draft pleadings, motions, appeals, and legal opinions, ensuring they are of the highest professional standard
- Court Appearances: Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of junior associates, providing guidance on legal matters, case strategies, and procedural processes.
