About:

Qualifications:
- LLB
- Knowledge of Trade Mark and Copyright Laws.
Experience:
- 0-1 Years with internship experience in reputed firms in Trademark and Copyright prosecution.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal notices and letters.
- Maintaining day to day e-mail communications with clients.
- Maintaining day to day telephonic communication with clients.
- Drafting trademark applications, Trade Mark opposition notices, counterstatements, evidence affidavits under Rule 45, Rule 46 and Rule 47 of the Trade Mark Rules, 2017, Copyright objections, reply to Copyright objections etc.
- Attending Trademark and Copyright show cause hearings and opposition hearings before the Ld. Trade Marks and Copyright Registry.
- Maintaining an extensive record of pending trademark and copyright filings, deadlines, communication threads, Trade Marks and Copyright compliances.
- Briefing senior on Trade Mark and Copyright prosecution matters and hearings.
- Willing to work in a team and coordinating with other departments.
