- 3rd year to 5th year of law school
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills; interest in legal technology and dispute resolution processes, ability to use web tools to analyze data, proficiency in MS Office. A basic understanding of ADR mechanisms and laws would be a plus.

Stipend:
Rs. 7500/- subject to an increase based on performance
Responsibilities:
- Research various ODR platforms, technologies, and legal frameworks.
- Analyze processes and suggest improvements or innovations in ODR methods.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and research documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to track developments and trends in the ODR landscape.
- Support in any other tasks related to the research objectives as assigned.
