Role:
Senior Associate- Arbitration
Qualifications:
· Masters / Bachelor of Law from a reputed university.
· 5 – 6 years PQE with an in-depth knowledge of UAE laws.
· Excellent attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
· Good time management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure while handling multiple projects.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· The ideal candidate will have robust business and client development skills.
· Advanced with MS office suite skills including MS Teams, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience in a similar capacity, whether at an international law firm or as in-house counsel, is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of written submissions.
- Contribute to discussions on case strategies.
- Ensure proper organisation of matters, including meeting key deadlines and managing team resources.
- Engage in legal research while closely collaborating with the UAE litigation team to create solutions by applying effective legal research techniques.
- Connect with clients to strengthen ties and build robust client relationships.
- Participate in business development activities to enhance the team’s visibility.
