About:

Role:
Legal Recruiter
Location:
Based in India, this role will mainly focus on the Middle East market
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Law)
- 2+ years of experience in legal recruitment
- Experience of legal or professional services recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified legal candidates using various channels, including (but not -limited to) LinkedIn and the internal CRM.
- Record information accurately on the internal CRM.
- Arrange calls for the recruiters with candidates, and arrange follow ups with candidate.
