The Centre for Regulatory Studies at National Law University Delhi (NLUD) is dedicated to advancing research and dialogue on emerging legal and regulatory challenges in India. Role:
Research Associate
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree in law with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
2. Prior research experience in legal and regulatory studies or interdisciplinary research.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of laws related to digital platforms, technology, and gaming.
4. Familiarity with legal research tools and methods, including case law and statutory analysis.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. A master’s degree in law with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
2. Demonstrated record of publications in reputable academic journals.
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting comprehensive research on legal, regulatory, and policy aspects of e-gaming in India and globally.
2. Developing detailed reports, policy briefs, and academic papers based on the research findings.
3. Engaging in stakeholder consultations with government agencies, industry leaders, and consumer advocacy groups.
4. Assisting in organizing conferences, roundtable discussions, and dissemination events related to the project.
5. Undertaking any additional responsibilities or tasks as may be assigned in furtherance of any project’s objectives.
