Qualification:
- LL.B, LL.M.
- 8-10 years of experience in legal field with prior Court experience/ practising lawyer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities and meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities:
1. Litigation and Dispute Manage and oversee legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration proceedings, working closely with external counsel and internal stakeholders to achieve favourable outcomes and minimize legal exposure. Oversee the resolution of commercial dispute, consumer complaint, cyber complaint,
2. Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, legal research, legal opinion.
2. Contract Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreement, NDA, logistic agreements, licensing agreements, IT agreements, Franchisee and Management Agency agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.
3. Property/ leasing Should have hands on experience of working on property matters particularly lease, leave and license agreements, should have skill set to undertake negotiation on his/her own. Abreast with real estate laws both central and state laws. Familiar with Due Diligence of the property.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments, Develop and deliver legal training programs and workshops to enhance legal awareness. Stay informed about emerging legal trends and best practices.
