Role:
Associate and Senior Associate
Qualification:
• Higher education, LL.M. will be a privilege;
• 2+ years relevant experience for Senior associate;
• Strong written and spoken English (legal and business);
• Solid legal writing, analytical skills, and the ability to process large volumes of information;
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication; confidence engaging with clients at all levels;
• Tech-savvy (MS Word/Outlook; general proficiency with modern productivity tools);
Responsibilities:
• Work directly on international arbitration cases;
• Run matters independently (with partner oversight), including strategy development and day-to-day case management;
• Draft high-quality procedural submissions and correspondence (pleadings, witness statements, expert instructions, legal opinions);
• Provide practical legal advice to major trading companies (Ukrainian and international clients);
• Lead workstreams, delegate effectively, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate in a team environment;
• Follow and help improve internal procedures and knowledge-management standards.
