Role:
Senior Associate
Qualification:
– A valid law degree and license to practice in India.
– 4–5 years of post-qualification experience at a reputed law firm or in-house team.
– Strong experience in data privacy compliance (policies, notices, vendor assessments, breach processes).
– Exposure to AI/tech regulatory advisory, platform frameworks, or technology contracts is an advantage.
– A self-motivated, independent, and research-driven mindset with the ability to work in an evolving regulatory ecosystem.
– Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, simple manner.
