About:

Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience with Tier 1 law firm(s)
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity matters.
- The ideal candidate will be a graduate from a top National Law University (NLU), hold a Company Secretary (CS) qualification, and have prior experience working with Tier-1 or Tier-2 law firms.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client management skills are essential for this role.
