About:
A pan-India Law Firm incorporated by an Ex-KCO and a former Partner of a leading litigation and advisory Law Firm, with an objective to be the chaperone to all the clients seeking disputes resolution, pre-litigation/ ADR services; litigation/ ADR and post-litigation/ ADR services. The Firm deals with all the major constitutional courts and courts of facts and law as also tribunals for providing one-stop solution to all kinds and nature of disputes.

Qualification:
- 1 year of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in active litigation.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical abilities.
- Exposure to commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency, or white-collar matters will be an advantage.
- Ability to work proactively, manage timelines, and take responsibility for assignments.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, and research notes.
- Support senior team members in strategizing and preparing matters across forums.
- Handle filings, briefings, and client coordination.
- Appear before courts and tribunals for procedural matters and hearings.
- Manage case files, maintain documentation, and ensure timely progression of matters.
