About:
Himanshu Shembekar is an arguing counsel and independent legal practitioner having expertise in dealing with disputes and advisories pertaining to Commercial Law, Arbitration Law, Insolvency Law, Consumer Law, Insurance Law, RTI Act, Civil Law, Environmental Law, White Collar Crimes, etc.
He has successfully dealt with complex matters involving varied and substantial questions of law before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, National Company Law Tribunals, District Courts and Arbitral Tribunals.
