Qualification:
i. Education: Current 4th or 5th-year students in a 5-year LL.B program, or 2nd/3rd-year students in a 3-year program.
ii. Mindset: A “digital-first” attitude with a sharp eye for detail.
iii. Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of Corporate and IP law, coupled with exceptional writing skills.
Responsibilities:
i. Corporate Support: Assisting with the initial drafts of MOUs, commercial contracts, and transactional documents.
ii. IP Management: Helping manage trademark and copyright databases and assisting in the preparation filings.
iii. Research & Audits: Conducting deep-dive legal research for advisory notes and supporting compliance audits.
iv. Practice Operations: Maintaining digital files and utilizing our “tech-forward” tools to streamline case management.
