Role:
Legal & Compliance Associate
Qualification:
• Graduated with a LL.B. degree from a recognized university
• CA/CS pursuing preferred
• Experience in ROC/MCA filings and statutory documentation
• Ensuring compliance with Companies Act and applicable corporate laws
• Ability to prepare, review, and maintain compliance documentation
• Strong coordination skills for liaising with internal teams and authorities
• Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory timelines
