Qualification:
• 2–3 years of experience in contract drafting
• Strong understanding of commercial law principles
• Clear drafting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Responsibilities:
• Drafting and vetting commercial contracts
• Reviewing agreements for risk mitigation
• Assisting in structuring contractual documentation for clients
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
