Role:
Junior Associate (Litigation)
Location:
Mumbai
Qualification:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• Bar Council enrolment and valid Certificate of Practice
• 6 months – 2 years of litigation experience will be appreciated, though motivated freshers are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with courts in Mumbai and surrounding jurisdictions.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in English (Marathi is a plus).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and e-filing systems.
Responsibilities:
• Attend court hearings and assist with appearances as required.
• Prepare briefs, lists of dates, and case documentation.
• Conduct legal research for ongoing matters.
• Assist with drafting basic applications, affidavits, and pleadings under supervision.
• Handle court filings and procedural requirements.
• Support the team with case preparation and related litigation work.
