Role:
Law Officer- II, Law Officer III, Law Officer IV, Law Officer V
Qualification:
Law Officer II:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience, in total, as a practicing Advocate and/or as a Law Officer in any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks/ PSUs/ State or Central Govt. departments or entities. (Period of experience in practice and service will be added for arriving at the total experience to be considered for this purpose)
Law Officer III:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience, in total, as a practicing Advocate and/or as a Law Officer in any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks/ PSUs/ State or Central Govt. departments or entities, out of which minimum 4 years work experience as a Law Officer in any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks/ PSUs/ State or Central Govt. departments or entities.
Law Officer IV:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience, in total, as a practicing Advocate and/or as a Law Officer in any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks/ PSUs/ State or Central Govt. departments or entities, out of which minimum 7 years work experience as a Law Officer in any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks/ PSUs/ State or Central Govt. departments or entities.
Law Officer V:
- Bachelor’s degree in law with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a University/ Institute recognized by Govt. of India or its Regulatory bodies
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, in total, as a practicing Advocate and/or as a Law Officer in any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks/ PSUs/ State or Central Govt. departments or entities, out of which minimum 10 years work experience as a Law Officer in any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks/ PSUs/ State or Central Govt. departments or entities.
