If you are a litigator, a corporate lawyer, an LPO attorney, a non-profit or public interest organization counsel, an in-house counsel, a judge, a legal academic or a non-lawyer who routinely deals with legal issues, we understand that keeping abreast of legal developments in India and around the world is a critical aspect of your professional life.
Role:
The organization is looking to onboard 1 intern to assist with daily backend work. This could be a good opportunity for someone wanting to make inroads into journalism or if you want to explore the field while in law school.
Requirement:
- You have a keen eye to detail.
- Willingness to learn and be prompt with deliverables.
- Will ensure there isn’t an opportunity to be followed up with on a task assigned.
- Are willing to commit a minimum of 3 months on the role.
- Since the role has a lot to do with proof reading and content editing/writing, grammatical errors in your application will unfortunately lead to instant disqualification.
Remuneration:
The stipend will vary from 5-7k per month depending on your performance. Year of law school or background does not matter. A motivation letter illustrating specific instances where you have exhibited the above traits or qualities will win you brownie points.
