About:
‘Lawssistance’ is an online legal service providers page founded by Mira Mukhi Banga, an independent legal practitioner holding experience of over 5 years in the field of Corporate Law. Team Lawssistance comprises lawyers who are dedicated towards provisions of services including without limitation drafting and reviewing of various investment contracts, commercial contracts, media and entertainment contracts as well as wills.

Qualification:
- The candidate must be in 4th/5th year of their law course or 3rd year if pursuing a 3-year law course.
- The candidate with prior experience in corporate internships at a law firm would be preferred.
- The candidate must have basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and an interest in the Corporate Sector.
- The candidate must be sincere, disciplined and well-spoken.
- The candidate must have knowledge of using MS Word and MS Excel.
