Role:
Legal Intern
Qualifications:
Only those candidates can apply who:
- are available for the work from home job/internship
- can start the work from home job/internship immediately
- are available for duration of 3 months
- have relevant skills and interests
Responsibilities:
- Give accurate and timely counseling to the business in a variety of legal topics (labor law, investment law, and any other legal issues relevant to the start-up)
- Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (public bodies, customers, vendors)
- Draft and solidify agreements and other legal documents
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
