Qualification:
- Law students in their 4th or 5th year
- Strong understanding of law, including IBC, PMLA, FEMA, and commercial contracts is a must.
- Excellent drafting and research skills.
- Proficient communication and presentation abilities.
- A proactive learner with a strong motivation to develop and grow in the legal field.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with drafting legal documents and conducting in-depth legal research.
• Support in cases related to white-collar crime, commercial litigation and contracts.
• Contribute to case preparations and legal strategy development.
