Role:
Advocate – Drafting- Family Law
Qualifications:
- Only apply if you meet the Must-Have criteria and hold a valid Certificate of Practice from the Karnataka State Bar Council.
- At least 2+ years of experience, preferably with a focus on family law.
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
- A valid Certificate of Practice from the Karnataka State Bar Council.
- Proficiency in both English and Kannada.
- Ability to commute to our office near BSK 2nd Stage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in legal drafting, particularly in family law.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal petitions and documents related to family law cases.
- Assisting senior advocates in case preparation, including attending court proceedings as needed.
- Conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies.
- Collaborating with clients to gather necessary information and evidence.
- Providing legal advice under the guidance of senior advocates.
