Role:
Assistant Manager Legal
Location: Gurgaon (MG Road)
Eligibility-
Experience: Legal resource with 5-7 years in litigation and contracting (preferably from Law firm)
Education: LLB from Reputed University
Responsibilities
- To deal with Litigation including Arbitrations, Recovery Suits, Writs, DRT, Cheque Bounce matters, NCLT matters. (Litigation experience is must).
- Preparation of/Reply to legal notices, Show Cause Notices.
- To deal with contractual disputes, preparation/reply to notices under contractual disputes.
- To deal with employment law related issues.
- Vetting of RFP/Bid Documents, advising on legal & commercial risks.
- Provide legal support to business teams for their routine business issues.
- Drafting & vetting of agreements- JV agreements, Consultancy Agreement, sub-contractor agreements, Service agreements, NDA etc.
- Strong written communication skills
- Have a positive can do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
