Role:
Associate
Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years PQE in dispute resolution/litigation
- Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
- Reliability with timelines, version control and client communication
- A proactive professional who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and strengthens the system
- Someone who sees disputes not as a process, but as a strategy
Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions, legal notices
- Appearance and coordination across various forums. Interest in trial practice essential
- Research-heavy assignments and preparation of legal opinions
- Matter management and client communication aligned with AKP’s “zero-surprise, solution-first” approach
- Working directly with partners on complex litigation and arbitration mandates
