Role:
Associate – Civil Litigation & Arbitration
Location:
Mumbai
Qualification:
- LL.B.; Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2–3 years PQE (Civil Litigation & Arbitration)
Responsibilities:
• Appear before district courts, High Courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums
• Handle end-to-end civil litigation and arbitration matters
• Draft and review pleadings, petitions, affidavits, notices, applications, and arbitration claims/responses
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies and legal opinions
• Coordinate with clients, external counsel, and regulatory or enforcement authorities
• Manage hearings, filings, procedural compliance, and case progress
• Visit police stations and liaise with law enforcement authorities when required
• Contribute to internal knowledge development and team collaboration
