Qualifications:
- 4 to 7 years
- Diverse sectoral experience preferred
- Sound exposure to corporate transactions and advisory; knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and exchange control laws in India; good drafting skills; attention to detail; good time management skills; passionate.
- Experience in guiding/supervising Associates would be a bonus.
