About:

Role:
Associate – IP Prosecution
Location:
Jangpura Extension, New Delhi
Post-Qualification Experience (PQE):
0-2 Years
Qualifications:
LL.B., preferably enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council
Responsibilities:
. Drafting and filing trademark, copyright, and design applications.
. Preparing and handling opposition filings, cancellation petitions, counter-statements, evidence, and responses to office actions.
. Managing IP filings, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.
. Conducting legal research on intellectual property laws, case laws, and judgments.
. Assisting in hearings before the Trade Marks Registry, Copyright Office, and other relevant forums.
