Mr. Faris Ahmed has varied and successful corporate law experience. Excels in matters of intellectual property, competition law, mergers & acquisitions, taxation, contract drafting and vetting. He has been practicing in the High Court of Delhi, the Supreme Court of India. He has assisted and argued in many landmark judgments before the Supreme Court of India. His core areas lie in Competition Law, Intellectual Property, Arbitration, Mergers and acquisitions, Corporate structuring, FDI investments, Contracting &Vetting, Real Estate along other civil matters.
