Role:
Associate Lawyer | Corporate & IP
Qualification:
i. Experience: 1–3 years in Corporate and/or IP law.
ii. Credentials: LL.B & Bar Council of India enrollment.
iii. Skills: Exceptional drafting, a sharp eye for detail, and a “digital-first” mindset.
Responsibilities:
i. Corporate Transactions: Drafting MOUs, SHAs, and commercial contracts.
ii. Intellectual Property: Managing trademark registrations and copyright filings.
iii. Advisory: Legal research, compliance audits, and dispute resolution.
