Role:

They are looking to hire a lawyer expert in EPC Contracting for our in-house legal team based out of New Delhi.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for engineering, procurement & construction, operations & maintenance, including purchase orders, service contracts and term sheets.
• Managing end-to-end contract lifecycle including negotiation & acquiring internal approvals for the mentioned contracts.
• Drafting notices/letters to vendors or contractors as per the business requirement.
• Working closely with multiple internal stake-holders for the timely closure of contracts.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 1-5 years post-qualification with prior experience in renewable energy sector will be preferred.
• Bachelors of Law- preferably from reputed institute.
